1.4. Objective of the Study.

The proposed study shall be focused on the following objectives:

To identify the challenges faced by the newly established secondary schools in provision of quality education.

To establish how lack of adequate trained teachers could be responsible for low quality education in the newly established public secondary schools in Kaloleni District.

To establish how lack of infrastructure and other material resources influences provision of quality education.

Assess how rapid expansion of public secondary schools is hindering provision of quality education in the secondary schools.

To find out ways of improving the quality of education in the newly established public secondary schools in Kaloleni District.
