Part Two:

Explain the differences between facilitative and debilitative emotions. Give examples of each.

    • What are the situations in which you often experience debilitative emotions? 
    • What irrational beliefs do you subscribe to most often? Label them and explain.
    • How can you think more rationally to reduce the number and intensity of debilitative emotions? (Give specific examples related to other aspects of your life, as well as referring to the activating events you have described in this exercise relating to debilitative emotions.)
